Payment

1. I am only accepting payments through PayPal or any site compatible with PayPal.2. Payment is only accepted in Euro (€) currency.3. Unless otherwise discussed the payment has a 48-hour payment timeframe. Failure may will lead cancelation of the commission4. I require partial payment before work is started.5. In case of chargeback i will hold all the rights to the artwork.6. Each commission will be considered indivial and will processed individually.

Usage

1. The client holds any right to edit, crop, or reupload the completed work.
Editing my work to any implication or usage of hate targeting a group or an individual will not be tolerated.2. Artwork is for personal use only! Any commercial use should always be discussed beforehand.3. I hold the right to use the artwork for self-advertising or creator content ex. upload for social platforms.

Process

1. Commissions are not first come first serve. I always will consider my ability to complete the commission for the best outcome.2. I don't work with deadlines. The client will always have the right to ask work in progress at any time for any reason.
But be tasteful. Continuous harasment will not lead to better or faster outcome.3. The sketch phase is for changes and adjustments. Once the client has approved a sketch major alterations may include an extra fee.

Refunds and Discounts

1. I reserve the right to decline or cancel the commission. The client will receive a full refund.2. The client will reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time.A refund will be given depending on the stage of completion.3. In case of design or concept artwork character or enviroment i do not offer refunds. You will reverse rights to already completed work.
